Black Friday FAQ


  • When does the Black Friday Sale start and end? Our Black Friday sale is our biggest sale of the year. Although other sales will precede and follow it, It will be held from November 28th to November 29th inclusively this year.
  • Will there be a presale or early access? Yes. Our Black Friday Presale will be from November 21st to 27th.
  • Are the discounts automatically applied, or do I need a code? A code will be needed for every sale of the week.
  • Are all products included in the sale? Yes. Bundles, Wigs and Accessories will all be on sale.
  • Can I use additional promo codes or discounts during Black Friday? No. Only one code, promo or discount per order is authorized.
  • Can I edit or cancel my order after it’s placed? Orders can be canceled prior to shipping but can not be modified once confirmed.
  • What payment methods are accepted during the sale? At all times, only online payment methods are accepted for orders. (Credit, credit-debit, Apple Pay, etc)
  • I placed multiple orders, can they be combined? Each order has it’s number and is processed individually. If you order twice in a short period of time and the previous order has not been shipped please contact us with your order numbers in order for them to be handled together. Shipping methods must be the same.
  • How long will it take for my order to ship? Our processing time is 0-5 days depending on if it is preordered or in stock.
  • When will I receive my package? Delivery details will appear on the tracking number provided once the order is shipped.
  • Do you ship internationally? Yes.
  • Can I pick up my order locally? Yes. Pick Ups will depend on store hours and staff availabilities.
  • Why are shipping times longer than usual during Black Friday week? Because there is a higher volume of packages being shipped out due to the nationwide sale.
  • How do I know if a product is in stock or on pre-order? Here are some indicators for orders that are in stock: 1-All items in the « In Stock » section. 2-Product names stating with « RTS », meaning Ready To Ship. 3-Accessories. Anything else is Pre-Order.
  • Can I request custom lengths or textures during the sale? Yes. For custom orders, contact us by email with a detailed description of your request.
  • Is Cyber Monday a different sale or the same deals extended? The sale will be different for Cyber Monday.
  • Can I shop both Black Friday and Cyber Monday? Yes.
